Manage and support a team of recruiters, ensuring daily accountability, output quality, and professional development
Oversee recruitment operations from pipeline management through to placement, maintaining process integrity at every stage
Administer and optimize ATS workflows, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and system hygiene
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve team efficiency
Support client account management by ensuring service levels are consistently met and issues are resolved promptly
Track and report on team KPIs, flagging risks and driving performance improvements
Coordinate with internal teams to align on priorities, capacity, and hiring goals
Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and operational standards
Requirements
Staffing agency experience is non-negotiable — candidates without this background will not be considered
Demonstrated experience in a managerial or senior-level role with direct oversight of recruitment staff
Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms and how they integrate into day-to-day recruiting operations
Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly across teams and with external stakeholders
Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
