About this role
Role Overview
Manage and develop a portfolio of clients and partners to drive business growth.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive customer outreach.
Understand customers' needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Achieve revenue, margin and defined performance targets.
Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms and follow opportunities through to closing.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and internal teams.
Ensure effective updating and management of opportunities and customer information in the CRM.
Deliver high levels of service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in sales or commercial roles, or equivalent academic qualifications.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize, plan and manage priorities.
Results-oriented with a focus on meeting targets.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Experience with CRM tools and commercial management systems is a plus.
Knowledge of the Information Technology sector is an advantage.
