Lead the commercial development of our business in France.
Generate, qualify, and close new business opportunities with hospitals, imaging centers, and radiology groups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with radiologists, healthcare providers, and key opinion leaders.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signature.
Support customer onboarding and coordinate implementation activities with internal teams.
Maintain engagement with existing customers and identify growth opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles within healthcare, MedTech, healthcare IT, SaaS, or software
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing new business opportunities
Experience selling to hospitals, imaging centers, radiology groups, or similar healthcare organizations, including navigating complex procurement and stakeholder environments
Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and stakeholder engagement to negotiation and contract signature
Experience in radiology, medical imaging, imaging IT, AI in healthcare, or an established professional network within the French radiology ecosystem
Native French and professional English
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-growing environment
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of healthcare stakeholders.
