Act as an ambassador for the organisation and apprenticeship programmes
Maintain accurate records within CRM and learner management systems
Produce reports on employer engagement activities, vacancies, recruitment outcomes, and pipeline performance
Ensure all recruitment and onboarding documentation is completed accurately and within required timescales
Stay up to date with apprenticeship funding rules, labour market trends, and sector developments
Requirements
Level 3 Information Advice and Guidance (essential)
Experience in recruitment, employer engagement, business development, apprenticeship recruitment, or sales (essential)
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (essential)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
Experience within the apprenticeship or further education sector (desirable)
Understanding of apprenticeship funding and compliance requirements (desirable)
Existing employer network within relevant sectors (desirable)
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills (essential)
Ability to work to targets and performance measures (essential)
