As a Program Marketing Manager, you are the primary marketing point of contact for your scope, playing a key role in implementing the marketing strategy in France, aligned with Group objectives.
Define and drive the marketing strategy.
Adapt and tailor the marketing & communication strategy according to France market priorities and Group goals.
Define Go-To-Market actions in collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales and CSM teams.
Ensure alignment of actions with product positioning and the overall strategic vision.
Design and manage multichannel campaigns (digital, events, social media, content…).
Build and optimize marketing funnels by analyzing performance at each stage.
Develop tailored journeys for different customer segments in coordination with internal teams.
Implement nurturing programs aligned with the sales cycle.
Contribute to the creation of high-value content (white papers, customer case studies, webinars…).
Participate in the deployment of upsell and cross-sell campaigns with Sales, CSM and Product teams.
Act as the marketing entry point for Sales, Product and CSM teams within your scope.
Coordinate actions with marketing and communications teams to ensure smooth and effective execution.
Structure briefs, track activities and ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
Collaborate with other Program Marketing Managers to harmonize practices and share best approaches.
