Role Overview

• Deliver excellent experiences to customers and prospects
• Assist with everyday transactions and support customers with financial wellness
• Drive proactive needs-based sales conversations through interactions including service to sales
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of retail banking products and services
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing customer relationships and cultivate new ones
• Assist customers financially by delivering loan products
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies

Requirements

• 1+ years of previous banking and cash handling
• 1+ years of lending experience
• NMLS License required
• Demonstrated analytical, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to uncover and provide solutions to meet customer needs
• Current Notary Public Certification preferred
