CSR Project Manager – Apprenticeship

Role Overview

• As part of the CSR/Sustainability team, you will play a key role in the continuous improvement of the company’s sustainable practices.
• You will be responsible for collaborating with teams and stakeholders to integrate social responsibility principles across all areas of CABAIA’s operations.
• Analyze and collect KPIs, and recommend innovative CSR initiatives.
• Support the collection and analysis of data required to monitor various CSR KPIs.
• Support CABAIA’s B Corp re-certification process and monitor the post-audit action plan.
• Facilitate CABAIA’s Mission Committee and draft the company’s annual mission report.
• Track implementation of ethical and sustainable projects and manage the annual budget of the endowment fund.
• Help organize internal CSR awareness sessions and participate in external CSR events.

Requirements

• You are enrolled in a Master’s-level CSR/Sustainability program (Master 2 equivalent) or in the final year of an engineering school specializing in sustainable development/CSR, on an apprenticeship contract.
• You are familiar with carbon footprint assessments, CSR certifications and standards (B Corp, ISO 26000, GRS, etc.), and non-financial (ESG) reporting.
• You are comfortable using English, particularly in a professional context.
