As part of the CSR/Sustainability team, you will play a key role in the continuous improvement of the company’s sustainable practices.
You will be responsible for collaborating with teams and stakeholders to integrate social responsibility principles across all areas of CABAIA’s operations.
Analyze and collect KPIs, and recommend innovative CSR initiatives.
Support the collection and analysis of data required to monitor various CSR KPIs.
Support CABAIA’s B Corp re-certification process and monitor the post-audit action plan.
Facilitate CABAIA’s Mission Committee and draft the company’s annual mission report.
Track implementation of ethical and sustainable projects and manage the annual budget of the endowment fund.
Help organize internal CSR awareness sessions and participate in external CSR events.
Requirements
You are enrolled in a Master’s-level CSR/Sustainability program (Master 2 equivalent) or in the final year of an engineering school specializing in sustainable development/CSR, on an apprenticeship contract.
You are familiar with carbon footprint assessments, CSR certifications and standards (B Corp, ISO 26000, GRS, etc.), and non-financial (ESG) reporting.
You are comfortable using English, particularly in a professional context.
