Support business partners in gathering requirements
Collaborate with technology teams to deliver system incidents, enhancements, and solutions
Conduct analysis of business needs and manage stakeholders
Act as a liaison between business and IT teams
Provide technical knowledge and execute production support tasks
Maintain relationships to drive system and process improvements
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal stakeholders
Investigate and respond to production support items within SLAs
Identify and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
Identify and assess risks within subject matter area
Assist in the development of project documentation and best practices
Analyse workflow and create process maps to identify areas for improvement
Support end-users by ensuring understanding of user requirements.
Collaborate with developers to achieve departmental service-level agreements.
Requirements
Background in insurance is essential
Reinsurance experience is advantageous
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
A mindset that challenges the status quo and proposes new ideas
Experience working closely with technology/delivery teams
Workable understanding of process integrated with technology systems in an 'agile' framework.
Business analysis, technical analysis, and improvement experience,
Solid experience in IT, with exposure to business process re-engineering, commercial analysis, development and monitoring of SLAs, and business transformation.
Data analysis experience.
Process mapping experience.
