Leading the delivery of regulatory and statutory reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Driving process simplification, efficiency, and continuous improvement across actuarial activities

Proven experience in a similar Actuarial Manager role with a focus on General Insurance and Reserving
Tertiary qualification in Mathematics, Science, Data Science, Business, Actuarial Studies, or Computer Science
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a mindset of improving processes
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proven experience of leading and developing teams of Actuarial Analysts
Proven record of communicating technical analysis to key stakeholders to make commercial decisions
