Contribute to the development and marketing of service offerings (including presentations, marketing tools, PR materials, and the creation of case studies and the agency’s best practices)
Contribute to strategic thinking, coordinate expertise and draft responses to RFPs and client/prospect competitions
Create and update competitive intelligence (offerings, creative and financial positioning) and benchmarking dossiers (talent, innovations, new content & media, AI, etc.)
Collaborate with teams on negotiating and rolling out new production strategies, offerings and partnerships
Understand and coordinate cross‑functional team needs to proactively support them in new business and development strategy
Organize, track and report on the agency’s activity and development plans (including updating related resources and documents)
Requirements
You are pursuing a Master’s degree (bac+5) at a university, business school or in humanities/communication/marketing
You are passionate about brands, brand communication and the creative world of advertising and marketing
Highly organized and rigorous; able to juggle multiple topics and priorities like a conductor
Strong persuasive skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
Excellent written and spoken French and English
Creative and willing to step outside your comfort zone to test new ideas and experiences
Able to develop strategic vision and make recommendations to your team
