Role Overview
- Reach out to prospective clients in a warm, engaging manner to introduce Momentum Solar’s offerings.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team, coordinating times that work best for the customer.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to help meet company goals.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to engage potential customers and build rapport quickly.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting preferred.
- Strong organizational skills to track appointments and manage follow-ups.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
