Define and implement the commercial strategy across multiple international markets (EMEA).
Develop and manage a portfolio of international clients and agencies.
Identify new revenue opportunities (brand content, social video, partnerships, special operations, etc.).
Negotiate and close high value-added commercial agreements.
Collaborate closely with editorial, creative and marketing teams.
Monitor commercial performance and report to management (CRM tracking).
Represent Brut at international events, trade shows and meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
Proven experience (minimum 7–10 years) in international sales, ideally in international media, digital or advertising (key account development/corporate clients, etc.).
Excellent knowledge of advertising ecosystems and brand/agency dynamics.
Strong negotiation skills and solid commercial acumen.
Demonstrated ability to convert opportunities into tangible business.
Autonomous, proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent command of English is essential (additional languages a plus).
