Mid-Level Complex Commercial Litigation Associate

Role Overview

• Associate with at least 4+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Based in Seattle office or Bay Area offices (San Francisco or Menlo Park)
• Collaborate with clients to provide results-oriented counsel
• Engage in complex commercial litigation cases

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of commercial litigation experience and/or judicial clerkship experience
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent law school credentials, including law review, preferred
• Former judicial clerks preferred
• Excellent oral and written communications skills and attention to detail required
• Strong interpersonal skills highly valued.
