Role Overview
- Perform duties as a Practitioner and Consultant in Psychiatry
- Provide continuing follow-up care for chronic outpatients with acute disorders
- Examine and conduct thorough studies of presenting patients and evaluating laboratory and clinical findings
- Collaborate with physicians in other medical specialties
- Direct Quality Assurance within their area of responsibility
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
- completion of an internship, residency in Psychiatry and/or Psychiatry Fellowship in an accredited U.S. Psychiatry Training program
- Two years of experience providing Psychiatry using virtual platforms
- Board certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology or the American Osteopathic, Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
- Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychiatrist
- Must be able to obtain and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Red Cross
