Perform brief, evidenced-based virtual individual and/or group counseling for low to moderate acuity patients with acute mental health conditions
Perform duties as a Practitioner and Consultant in Psychology
Make recommendations on major diagnostics and treatment plans
Provide continuing follow-up care for chronic outpatients with acute disorders
Exercise initiative and sound judgment in case discussions and continuing education
Recommend hospitalization as applicable
Demonstrate an understanding of requirements and benefits of TRICARE
Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals
Develop, monitor and document comprehensive treatment plans
Requirements
Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited university or professional school
Completion of an APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship in professional psychology
Two years of post-graduate experience as a Clinical Psychologist using virtual platforms
Candidates with less than two years of experience using virtual platforms will be considered
Must have a current, active, valid, unrestricted clinical license to practice Psychology independently, offered by a U.S. State, District of Columbia, commonwealth, territory or jurisdiction
Must be able to obtain and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Red Cross
