Manage and schedule all inbound and outbound shipments
Oversee the receipt of all shipments
Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments meet quality standards
Partner with Quality Control to enforce compliance
Optimize warehouse space through systematic organization and inventory placement
Identify process improvements
Maintain precise records of daily receiving and shipping activities
Coordinate warehouse staff schedules with production requirements
Prepare routine reports and correspondence accurately and efficiently
Maintain a safe working environment ensuring compliance with safety programs

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 4 years in a manufacturing environment
At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Strong communication, time management, and computer skills
Goal-oriented, accountable, and proactive in taking initiative
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
