Role Overview
- Deliver value-driven procurement strategies across Property Investment, Maintenance, and Statutory Compliance
- Ensure best-in-class commercial practice, performance management of contractors, and strong supplier relationships
- Shape category strategies, oversee competitive sourcing activity
- Ensure all procurement decisions deliver whole-life value, compliance, and alignment with business objectives
- Manage tendering initiatives, contractor performance, and contribute innovative solutions to the Property agenda
Requirements
- Experience leading procurement across property, construction, FM, or multi-site environments
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing tenders, supplier selection, and contract negotiations
- Skilled in supplier performance management, relationship building, and influencing stakeholders
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance, sustainability principles, and environmental considerations
- Excellent financial and analytical skills, including cost modelling and data interpretation
- Proficient in procurement systems and Excel; professional procurement qualification (e.g., CIPS or working towards) strongly preferred
