Provide technical direction and drive positive outcomes on complex solutions

Draft documents (blueprints) defining the integration between planning and third-party systems
Ensure or participate in the integration between planning and other internal modules and third-party systems
Oversee and mentor consultants during solution delivery
Assist in sizing and implementing simple or complex architectures
Bridge R&D and customer services for architecture-related issues, third-party integrations, and advanced configuration
Promote best practices for configuring planning tools
Suggest functionalities for future solutions, methodologies, and standard customizations
Follow software quality engineering procedures
Achieve customer goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills
Knowledge of database queries (MS SQL Server)
Understanding of retail business processes and industry issues at strategic and operational levels
Experience with planning tools and business implementations
Strong autonomy, seniority, and a passion for innovative technologies and challenges
Ability to contribute to a growing company and showcase your talent
