Strategy Manager

Role Overview

• Leading initiatives that drive company growth and profitability
• Develop analytical plans and recommendations for senior leadership
• Conduct insightful analysis using internal and external data
• Communicate key insights from complex analyses
• Develop business cases modeling ROI
• Identify key drivers of financial performance and track results against metrics

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in an analytical field from a top-tier educational institution
• MBA or MS is preferred, but not required
• 2-4 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm
• Alternately, for those without consulting background, 3-4 years in an analytical and relevant role with exposure to senior leaders
• Experience in the Retail sector strongly preferred
• Structured & Logical Thinking
• Ability to structure problems in a hypothesis driven approach
• Analytical Rigor
• Capability for conducting quantitative analysis and work with large data sets
• Storytelling and Communication
• Able to leverage data to create effective analysis, recommendations, and presentations
• Passion for Retail
• Enjoys working with frontline associates, merchants, and corporate executives
