Role Overview
- Support the surgical team by providing guidance, insights, and training on the use of the da Vinci® Surgical System.
- Lead all technical in-service training for customers, including OR staff, surgeons, and others.
- Contribute to the quarterly sales targets of the Clinical Sales Manager team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or several years of relevant professional experience.
- Fluent in English and German is required.
- Ambitious with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication abilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Sales closing experience is a plus.
