Work closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to gain knowledge in all aspects of the business, including technical, clinical, and sales.
Become a technical and sales expert on the da Vinci® Surgical System across all primary surgical specialties.
Develop surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory.
Support surgical teams by providing guidance, insight, and training on the use of the da Vinci® Surgical System.
Lead technical in‑services for customers, including OR staff, surgeons, and other clinical personnel.
Contribute to the Clinical Sales Manager team’s quarterly sales goals by influencing customer behavior and adoption.
Support and coordinate regional sales and marketing development events under the direction of the local sales management team.
Manage administrative tasks, including reporting of sales/procedures, tracking outcomes of sales activities, and submission of expense reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or several years of relevant professional experience.
Fluency in German and English is required.
Ambitious, with a strong work ethic.
Ability to excel in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication abilities.
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Sales degree or formal sales training is a plus.
