Role Overview
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at pallet receiving locations
- Drive improvements in collection performance by identifying route causes of failure
- Enhance customer satisfaction by conducting regular visits and providing targeted training
- Ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new customers
- Manage audit programs within the account portfolio
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support business growth initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years relevant supply chain experience in the Retail area
- FMCG, knowledge of Retail and Distribution networks and Supply Chains
- Sales / Account Management / customer facing experience
- Experience in selling and negotiating with Retail
- Business to business sales/service experience
- Languages Spanish and English
