Technology Operations Specialist II

Role Overview

• Leading the planning, designing, and implementation of complex infrastructure solutions
• Provides and communicates technology solutions across audiences
• Overseeing projects and activities related to special initiatives or operations
• Leading the resolution process for problems
• Ensuring stability, performance, and reliability of business-critical applications
• Supporting 24/7 operations focusing on rapid issue resolution, proactive monitoring, and continuous service improvement
• Managing and resolving incidents across application, middleware, and database layers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in production/application support roles
• Hands-on experience with Splunk and/or Dynatrace for monitoring and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of .NET and/or Java applications
• Experience with Informatica (ETL processes)
• Strong Linux/Unix troubleshooting and support skills
• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle database support
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management)
