Lead, motivate, mentor, develop, and retain a team of District Managers and Sales Specialists
Prioritize opportunities while helping the team improve results by securing and applying resources
Develop and execute an aligned business plan that delivers compliant product sales growth and volume objectives
Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with national objectives and brand strategies
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and others
Analyze regional market dynamics, competitive trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with key internal and external partners to facilitate positive business interactions
Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and ethical standards
Manage regional budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize business impact
Coach others to build mutual alignment, embrace difficult positions, and achieve outcomes that are customer-centric and company responsible
Set overall account goals and objectives
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
A valid driver’s license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States
A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience
A minimum of five (5) years of cross-functional experience in key commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Access/Payer, Analytics or Business Development) within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry
Prior people management experience
Ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high performing, diverse teams
The ability to travel up to 50%, which may include overnight / weekend travel.
