Manage data collection for market and opinion research
Assist with quality control for telephone surveys and online surveys
Oversee vendor performance by monitoring telephone interviews
Program online survey questionnaires in Qualtrics
Proofread and test survey questionnaire programming in Qualtrics and Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) systems
Use online interfaces to create demographic reports on survey populations
Use tools including Excel and R to clean survey respondent lists and prepare them for data collection
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams

Associate’s degree, Bachelor's degree or 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training
High level of attention to detail
Deadline driven and able to produce high-quality work within short timelines
Excellent computer skills, including 1-2 years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database management tools
Ability to learn new programs easily and effectively
Effectively manages own time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently
Critical thinker and problem solver
Interest in public policy, politics, campaigns or non-profit advocacy
