Design and deliver engaging leadership training programs.
Develop curriculum, presentations, participant guides, and supporting materials.
Facilitate workshops, discussions, and interactive learning activities.
Provide subject matter expertise on trauma-informed practices and leadership.
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend program improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to update training content as needed.
Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Organizational Leadership, Public Administration, or a related field
Demonstrated experience developing and delivering professional training programs
Strong public speaking and facilitation skills
Knowledge of trauma-informed practices, leadership development, and organizational culture
Experience working with executive or senior-level professionals preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
