Own the growth of an assigned portfolio of apparel brands and develop strategic business plans, identifying new opportunities and growth levers
Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, serving as their go-to partner on ZALORA
Identify market gaps, manage product assortment, and analyze sales performance to drive category and brand growth
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Merchandising) to align brand campaigns with ZALORA’s marketing calendar and ensure smooth execution
Partner with international brands and internal stakeholders to continuously improve sales performance, operational execution, and customer experience
Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to enhance visibility of brand performance for senior management.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Excellent English (written and spoken)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Exposure to e-commerce is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative and team-oriented
Strong time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans
