About this role
Role Overview
- Manage, plan and lead the continuous development of the service business and service team members;
- Manage and ensure excellence in service operations, reconditioning/overhaul workshop and customer service;
- Ensure compliance with the dealership operating standard concepts;
- Ensure business productivity and efficiency by actively managing KPIs;
- Lead by example and ensure adherence to Service processes;
Requirements
- University degree completed (Bachelor's degree);
- Experience in team management and development, and business management;
- Process management;
- Commercial management;
- Knowledge of Scania products and services;
- Strong interpersonal skills, result-oriented, strategic vision, empathetic, focused on results and on improving organizational performance;
- Good adaptability to change.
