Virtual Medical Assistant – MedSpa Specialist

Role Overview

• Support a premium US-based Medical Spa by managing patient experience & communication through various channels
• Schedule consultations and treatment appointments, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on bookings
• Respond rapidly to new inquiries and consultation requests, nurture prospective patients through the booking process
• Conduct post-treatment follow-up communications and maintain accurate patient records
• Assist with review generation and online reputation management, as well as marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a: Virtual Medical Assistant, Medical Receptionist, Patient Coordinator, Medical Administrative Assistant
• Previous experience supporting a: Medical Spa (MedSpa), Aesthetic Clinic, Cosmetic Practice, Dermatology Clinic, Plastic Surgery Practice
• Strong written and spoken English suitable for US patient interactions
• Experience with patient scheduling, lead follow-up, and appointment coordination
• Proven experience working remotely
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards
