Translate ambiguous workflows into working systems
Turn messy business processes into concrete technical implementations: model data, ingest and normalize inputs, encode business logic such as KPIs, forecasts, valuation, and variance analysis, and combine deterministic logic with LLM-driven reasoning and authoring.
Iterate fast with real usage
Ship quickly, observe how customers use the workflows, refine the experience, and improve quality based on real feedback.
Shape the platform without overbuilding
Identify missing platform capabilities, push clear requirements back to Backend, Frontend, and AI teams, and avoid solving every vertical need as a one-off hack.

2+ years of experience in software engineering.
Proficient in Python.
Comfortable with APIs, SQL, and structured data/configuration formats such as JSON and YAML.
Can translate business requirements into concrete data models, calculations, workflows, prompts, and technical requirements.
Can debug across data, logic, prompt, and system boundaries.
Can distinguish the customer’s stated request from the underlying workflow need.
Use tools effectively to move faster, including AI coding and reasoning tools.
Have high ownership and operate well in a fast-moving startup environment.
