Role Overview
Coordinate the efforts of other Feature architecture personnel to develop system engineering artifacts necessary to scope software development
Collaborate with program IPT counterparts to develop rigorous and proper systems engineering and design artifacts. feature development, requirements definition, requirements allocation, requirements traceability, functional decomposition, interface definition, verification
Work with technical teams and stakeholders to develop and mature WS design of a large program
Help develop and incorporate the appropriate requirements for the system and ensure that they are properly represented in the model
Develop systems architecture using Cameo Enterprise Architecture (behavioral, structural, analytical)
Contribute to system requirements development, management, and analysis
Develop unifying model techniques, procedures, and processes (for model development, tool integration, and team integration)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) with 12 years of experience; or master’s degree with 10 years of experience; or PhD with 8 years of experience
US Citizenship with Active DoD Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date occurring in the last 6 years
Ability to obtain Special Access Programs (SAP) clearance
4+ years’ experience in ICBM (MMIII or Sentinel) OR complex aerospace/defense systems
4+ years’ experience in developing and executing Systems Engineering process governance documentation in a DoD Engineering and Manufacturing Development phase
4+ years’ experience in creating, updating, and maintaining requirements specifications in DOORS
4+ years’ experience on large scale / complex system development experience across multiple phases of a development program: preliminary design, detailed design, integration and test, verification and sell off, transition to production
2+ years’ experience in creating, updating, and maintaining Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) products
