Lead a systems engineering functional section within the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division
Manage a Systems Engineering group of ~8-12 engineers
Spend ~20% of time in support of the organization’s Functional Homeroom responsibilities
Spend ~80% of time on a technical assignment on an SDS project or IPT
Participate in organizational administrative activities and help employees’ performance and career development through guidance and training
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

A STEM Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience or a STEM Master’s degree with 6 years of experience
Active US Government Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 years
Ability to obtain Special Access Programs (SAP) clearance.
Experience with Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test processes
3+ years experience in ICBMs (MMIII or Sentinel)
5+ years of electrical and systems engineering experience
2+ years experience in Electrical Design Integration (EDI) and/or Interface Control Model (ICM) development experience
2+ years experience leading teams in a functional, programmatic, or technical capacity
Experience contributing towards various phases of the Systems Engineering “V” lifecycle
