About this role

Conduct complex data analysis and document findings
Evaluate system activity and generated alerts in accordance with compliance expectations
Make appropriate risk decisions related to financial crimes risk
Escalate matters associated with Financial Crimes activity
Work with various business units to understand Financial Crimes alerted activity
Complete assigned work in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain knowledge of current and emerging risks in compliance and regulatory environment
Identify areas of process improvement to increase departmental efficiencies

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
Three to five years of financial crimes or equivalent experience
Understanding of financial crimes trends, typologies, and regulatory requirements
Solid understanding of operational and organizational structure and banking products
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Sound judgment and logical thought processes when developing solutions
Highly organized with ability to multi-task under deadlines
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to provide coaching and training support to employees
