Provide direction and leadership to dedicated team of technicians and apprentices
Manage the performance across financial, technician and service delivery targets
Ensure customer needs and expectations are met or exceeded
Ensure workshop teams are prepared, competent and compliant
Keep customers regularly updated, engaged and informed
Supply feedback to the wider fleet team on vehicle downtime and concerns
Ensure health and safety considerations are at the forefront of decision-making

Demonstratable knowledge and experience in the commercial vehicle / HGV sector
Experience of working hands on with HGV’s is highly desirable
Ability to manage and lead an operational workshop team
Demonstrable track record on decision-making
Working knowledge of all daily fleet processes, health and safety regulations, DVSA standards
Effective communicator with experience and people skills
