Requirements
- Active Louisiana Nurse Practitioner license
- 1+ year Family or Internal Medicine experience
- Medicare and Medicaid patient experience
- Familiar with HEDIS and risk adjustment workflows
- Medicare and Medicaid provider enrollment required
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms independently
