- Leading the design, development, and management of product activities from definition through end of life

- Developing and executing product roadmaps and strategic plans
- Applying agile methodology to enhance product development processes
- Building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders to support product success
- Coaching and mentoring teams to solve complex problems and drive business growth
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify opportunities for product improvement
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback into product enhancements
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
- Demonstrating composure and sound judgment in ambiguous and challenging situations
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Excelling in Agile Methodology and Product Management
- Demonstrating skills in Business Case Development and Competitive Analysis
- Utilizing Product Lifecycle Management and Product Strategy effectively
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities
- Directing teams through complexity with composure in challenging situations
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations at all levels
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback
