Role Overview
- Manage contract reviews and support engagement planning
- Drive sell-side services contract negotiations
- Collaborate with R&I risk management and PwC business teams
- Translate contract provisions and risk positions into clear guidance
- Establish and enhance internal controls and contract compliance processes
- Lead contract risk alignment and governance
Requirements
- At least a High School Diploma
- At least 6 years of experience
- Juris Doctorate degree preferred
- Understanding of managed services offerings and related contract terms and conditions
- Experience with finance managed services
- payroll, accounting, reporting, treasury
- Experience with technology managed services
- IT infrastructure, cloud, data analytics
- Experience with cyber managed services
- Experience with risk & regulatory managed services
- regulatory compliance and enterprise risk programs
- Must have the ability to negotiate complex commercial contracts
- Must be able to educate stakeholders and clients on contract provisions
