Requirements
10+ years of experience across a variety of UX disciplines
5+ years of global people management experience
Design thinking skills and mastery of distilling highly complex ideas into a concise impactful manner
Demonstrated leadership that supports and enables your team to effectively deliver to strategic objectives
Ability to influence, partner cross-functionally and champion design direction that aligns with strategic goals
Previous creation and delivery of UX team strategies that directly impact product or platform deliverables
