Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of Dingli aerial work platforms both onsite and at service centers.
Address warranty claims promptly and communicate effectively about any repair issues or limitations.
Provide technical support and training to customer representatives and internal staff.
Travel within France and nearby regions to support customer site visits and service operations as needed.
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Continuously improve technical skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
Experience in a service technician role, preferably in mechanical, hydraulic, or related industries (construction machinery, agricultural equipment, AWP, or automotive repair).
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills in French; proficiency in English is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the region.
Strong customer service orientation.
Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are preferred.
