Participate in the technical preparation of aircraft for testing
Analyze plans, drawings, and technical documentation
Support teams during modifications, installations, and test activities
Contribute to the drafting and improvement of work instructions
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams
Participate in resolving technical issues
Plan and implement production changes
Support and optimize daily production operations
Requirements
DEC in Aircraft Maintenance (Diplôme d'études collégiales in Aircraft Maintenance)
Experience as an aircraft production technician or an aircraft maintenance technician
Sense of responsibility, integrity, initiative, and sound technical judgment
Able to work with minimal supervision and possess strong organizational skills
Knowledge of SAP, Macpac, Quicksilver is an asset
Good ability to read plans and understand mechanical systems
Interest in evolving into a role that includes technical analysis and coordination
Rigorous mindset and ability to work in a team
Bilingualism and strong organizational and communication skills are also essential
