Serve as a key member of the program execution team, ensuring successful program performance by ensuring conforming products and services through effective collaboration and compliance with processes and procedures
Assess technical risks of non-conformance utilizing critical thinking and analytical skills
Review change requests to assess technical impact
Support and provide oversight for failure investigations and nonconformance reviews
Plan and coordinate technical assessments and corrective actions
Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners and customers to ensure alignment and ensure customer requirements are met
Drive compliance with the Raytheon Quality Management System while driving continuous improvement
Initiate and perform root cause analysis, facilitate corrective actions, and implement closed loop process controls to improve product/process predictability and capability
Implement Advanced Product Quality Planning in accordance with AS9145, as applicable.
Requirements
Typically requires Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM)
minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and/or Operations
Working experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems
Demonstrated experience in providing quality technical expertise to ensure effective design/development and/or manufacturing results
Active and transferable Secret or higher U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to start date
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
