HVAC Technician

Role Overview

• Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems
• Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment
• Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services
• Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements

Requirements

• Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required)
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.
