Responsible for interacting and engaging with internal and external stakeholders
Manage team members’ performance in line with project deliverables
Accountable for direct supervision of FSP360 multifunctional staff
Develop and foster strong relationships with customers at a local level
Participate in managing the resource availability for the team members
Solicit feedback from customer for continuous improvement
Ensure quality and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
Drive revenue by attracting, selecting and retaining the right talent

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing degree, or equivalent related experience
Extensive clinical research experience in a contract research organization, pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Company
Extensive knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirement
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills; both written and spoken
Strong time management, technical and organizational skills
Knowledge of basic financial concepts related to forecasting and budgeting
Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies
Ability to travel as necessary (up to 25%)
