Manage all aspects of project scheduling for major construction projects ranging from $25M to $50M.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
Closely monitor progress against the schedule and update accordingly.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel.
Lead weekly project status meetings and prepare progress reports.
Provide expert analysis on schedule performance and identify critical paths.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project/construction management, analytics, mathematics, or a related technical field required. Master’s degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in integrated program scheduling, project controls, project management, systems engineering, or a related analytical role.
Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, schedule analysis techniques, and project controls systems.
Experience supporting large-scale capital, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, energy, or infrastructure programs.
Demonstrated experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated master schedules using Critical Path Method (CPM) principles preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Advanced analytical and technical capabilities, including experience with Power BI, Microsoft Project, and data visualization tools. Experience with Python preferred.
