Senior Health Economist

Role Overview

• Developing economic models to inform decisions on the allocation of healthcare resources
• Communicating insights to a variety of stakeholders
• Providing strategic advice to clients from model conceptualization through to results interpretation
• Delivering technical work and progressing technical modelling skills
• Contributing to business development by maintaining client relationships

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in economic and mathematical modelling techniques within an industry setting
• Working on health economic projects, directly with clients, from project initiation to completion
• Leading a project team, including delegating tasks and managing the time of others
• A proven ability to build robust and sustainable client relationships
• A degree level or higher qualification in a relevant discipline (minimum 3.3 GPA)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Advanced skills in Excel and VBA
• The ability to use your initiative and work independently
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
