Role Overview
- Plan and manage business trips (book hotels and transport) accordingly to the client’s requests;
- Perform assigned, complex and/or varied tasks;
- Check the Quality and Performance indicator for a specific objective;
- Meshing with the team;
- Participation in trainings.
Requirements
- Good English, both written and spoken (B2 level);
- Other languages will be a plus;
- Google Sheets/ Excel proficiency;
- Hands-on experience with international travel regulations and currencies would be a plus;
- Good time-management skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver;
- Customer-centered mindset.
