After comprehensive onboarding, you will handle customer inquiries about our property management software by phone and email.
Once you are familiar with all the tools in our software, you will also deliver customer training: online, at our offices, and—if you wish—on site at the customer’s location.
In our support and training, it is important that customers are assisted by experienced real estate professionals: you will not only be able to guide them through the software but also share background knowledge and industry expertise with our clients.
You will also help maintain and expand our Help Center and user manual so customers can quickly find the solutions they need.

You have completed commercial training in real estate, hold a degree in real estate management, or have many years of professional experience in the field.
You are familiar with rental/property management, in particular preparing operating cost/service charge statements and accounting/bookkeeping.
You enjoy interacting with customers, present yourself confidently, and possess very strong communication skills.
You are passionate, motivated, and work in a deadline-oriented manner.
Advantageous: initial professional experience in property management and basic knowledge of condominium owners' association (WEG) management.
