Assist team members and clients with fee related inquiries.
Worklog, reconcile and disburse fee submission.
Assist with Monthly and Quarterly Billing process and Account Receivables.
Prepare journal entries, coding vendor invoices, account analysis and reconciliation, and closing books monthly.
Reconcile bank statements and verify deposits.
Address questions and problems and prepare general ledger reconciliations monthly.
Monitor accounts receivables collection from sponsors and/or institutions and reconcile customer accounts.
Maintain client contracts with appropriate supporting material.
Update records as necessary.
Perform other duties as requested.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
Two (2) years of accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of automated financial accounting reporting systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software and financial software.
Ability to solve complex problems and provide successful solutions.
Highly detailed and organized, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and technical procedures.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees throughout the firm.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
