Gather, organize and index documents and information related to litigation
Maintain calendars and docketing system to meet deadlines
Attend meetings, hearings and trials as needed
Perform electronic research
Assist attorneys in preparing cases for trial
Prepare deposition and case summaries and other reports related to pending litigation
Manage and administer a large volume of contracts of different types
Maintain a database to track key contract terms, such as renewal and termination dates and money flows
Review, summarize and evaluate contracts
Organize and maintain contract files
Perform initial review of contracts and agreements, for subsequent attorney review
Draft routine contracts and amendments under attorney supervision
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Associate degree or combination of education and experience may substitute for minimum education
Corporate Or Litigation Paralegal (5 Years)
