Develop alternative sales approaches and arguments
Use an assertive initial approach to reach the person responsible for purchasing
Develop different methods to locate the purchasing contact
Conduct sales qualification to identify customer needs
Sell products and services following established strategies and policies
Provide inbound customer support when required
Refer customer requests with issues to the after-sales/post-sales team
Perform other related duties as required by the department

Required education: High school diploma
Preferred education: Currently enrolled in higher education (college/university)
Experience in sales (outbound/inbound)
